Tell your Science Teacher these events are educational stream monitoring classes! It's an excellent opportunity for Advanced Placement Science students. The events will help you earn a stream monitoring certificate.

Join us for a rewarding and fun time for adults and children who enjoy helping our parks and environment by identifying and counting stream critters to document the health of the stream.

Click stream monitoring and to learn more about the event. It's fun for the whole family to learn what's in the water by seeing and counting stream "critters. The critter count has been changing, but we found some exciting critters, including small crayfish.

Please see our March calendar to verify times and click on "RSVP" so we know you are coming and can provide directions.

Please dress for the weather. We suggest you bring boots suitable for wading and a five minute trail walk (knee high boots, hip boots or waders). All other equipment and educational instruction are provided. E-mail us with questions or comments!

We appreciate you and your help!
