Champion Award 2019

July 23, 2019:
The Friends of Accotink Creek were honored to be a recipient of the 2019 Champion Award of the Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services for our participation over the years as a partner in watershed protection activities.

Especially singled out in the remarks at the award ceremony was our Follow the Water program.
